To use the pictures as your desktop background, download the file then choose a picture.

To make the picture cover the whole screen, go to your control panel and choose "appearance and themes".

Then choose "change the desktop background".

Once the new window opens choose "browse" and locate where you saved the photos.

After choosing your photo, you can adjust the position of the photo to cover the whole screen by choosing "stretch".

Last, select "apply" then "ok".
